As many students are approaching their first round of tests and mid-terms, it's easy to feel like you're spending more than enough time in the books but not retaining any of the information you read. Here are some studying techniques that we believe are most effective for you to try: Get organized - get your notes in chronological order and take notes on the same type of paper consistently. Set a schedule - pick a time and place for what, when, and where you're going to study and GO DO IT. We are much more likely to do something if we plan it out. Ask questions - don't be afraid to speak up in class or email the professor if their it something you don't understand. Take full advantage of them, chances are you are paying them a lot of money to educate you.
